About Tracy Lilley.

With over 30 years of experience in diverse roles across the Northern Territory and Indonesia, Tracy Lilley provides leadership coaching that empowers professionals to lead with confidence, align with their values, and create meaningful impact. 

Tracy brings the following to the coaching relationship: 

  • Proven Leadership Expertise. Extensive management experience leading programs and teams to deliver impactful outcomes.
  • Culturally Responsive Approach. Specialised in working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, fostering inclusive and culturally safe leadership practices.
  • Therapeutic Insight. Trauma-informed, strengths-based, and solution-focused support to help leaders reflect, grow, and build resilience.

Tracy’s qualifications further enhance her expertise and experience:

  • Bachelor in Social Work and registration with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
  • Master’s in Counselling registered with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA). Providing advanced therapeutic and reflective practice skills. 
  • Certified Leadership Coach with values based coaching tools that build leadership capacity and navigate professional challenges.

Tracy is currently employed as a Mental Health Practitioner in an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation in Darwin, bringing firsthand insight into the unique dynamics of working within culturally diverse and community-driven frameworks.
